Those eyes.
The Lying Press is displaying pictures of him holding a baby to humanise him. Nice try losers. Everybody knows Michael Gunner is a freak.
Northern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner has announced he will resign from the role.
He made the announcement during his NT budget speech in parliament…
Mr Gunner said handing down the budget would be his final act as chief minister and treasurer.
Deputy Chief Minister Nicole Manison will step into the top role in an acting capacity until a vote is held the Labor caucus in the coming days for a permanent leader.
“There is never a perfect time to step back, to walk away, to give others a go,” Mr Gunner said.
“But for me, for my family, this feels like the right time.”
The change in leadership will also likely trigger a reshuffle of ministerial portfolios.
Mr Gunner was first elected in the inner Darwin seat of Fannie Bay in 2008.
He became Labor leader in 2015 and was elected chief minister the following year.
Mr Gunner led the party to a second term in office in August 2020, having campaigned mostly on the NT’s early success avoiding widespread outbreaks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Michael Gunner became notorious in 2021 for being the only State or Territory leader in Australia to become anywhere near as batshit insane as Victoria’s Daniel Andrews.
Gunner exploited the impoverished status of aboriginals in the Northern Territory to impose a Victoria-tier vaccine mandate. Anybody serving the public in any capacity in their job was required to take the dangerous, untested Covid “vaccines”. Thus Territorians were forced to choose between likely death or serious injury from the jab, or struggle to keep a roof over their heads.
He then preceded to forcibly incarcerate aboriginals against their will, in the Covid Gulag at Howard Springs, purportedly for their own protection. He thus set the precedent for the still to come mass arrest of Covid dissidents in the so-called “Centres for National Resilience” which have been built all across the country in preparation for the “next pandemic”.
He basically labelled anybody who questioned the vaccine mandates as a terrorist.

When he was called out on these Soviet tactics, Gunner chucked a wobbly and blamed it all on far right conspiracy theorists in Florida in their mums’ basements. He actually said that:
Let’s be frank, Michael Gunner is getting out of the country while he still can. He has received death threats, and like Daniel Andrews, he will never be able to show his face in public again.
This will also fuel speculation that Daniel Andrews will similarly flee the country rather than face a humiliating election loss in November. At this stage the only people in the state who will vote for Andrews are the true believer lefties in Melbourne’s inner city. The rest of Victoria hates his guts.
Neither Gunner and Andrews can ever be forgiven. They face either a lifetime as political refugees for their crimes against humanity during the lockdowns of 2020-21, or else very brief treason trials.
