There is no family without biology

Yet again, like clockwork, the social engineers are insisting that white is black and black is white. Today, Greens Senator Janet Rice has written an article for the Huffington Post entitled: ‘Love Makes A Family, Not Biology’. I don’t need to explain to you where this is heading. From the outset I have to correct Senator Rice, that without biology there can be no family. I would also like to ask, what is this thing called ‘love’ that she and her ilk keep referring to? Is it the rather nebulous, rather weak kind of ‘love’ that has over the last 40 years lead to record levels of family and relationship breakdown? I’m not even sure they know what they’re talking about, but at least it sounds good. The controversy over the last few days has been sparked by a documentary – ‘Gayby’, which seeks to detail the lives of children raised by same-sex ‘parents’, with a dash of child gender dysphoria thrown in for good measure. A link to the trailer is below: Yet, one thing you wont see or hear in this documentary are the experiences of children raised by same-sex parents who have felt the gaping father or mother shaped void in their lives. Such experiences do not fit the desired narrative of this project, as such they must be maginalised and silenced. Such was the treatment of Katy Faust on the ABC’s Q&A, a woman raised by lesbian parents, who was told by Labor Senator Sam Dastyari that her views were hateful and should be excluded for public debate. Millie Fontana is an Australian woman who was raised by lesbian parents, and grew up with confusion, uncertainty, and anguish, and the sense that part of her identity was missing having being deliberately denied a father. Mille Fontana talks about her experience in the video below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCrzKsrZ1eg People like Senator Rice ignore the experiences of people like Katy Faust and Millie Fontana. Not only that, they are silenced and are told that their experiences are invalid. It is time for Senator Rice and others to stop discriminating against children, and marginalising them because their experience doesn’t fit their narrative. What is becoming clear is that those who cry loudest about ‘love’ in this debate are proving to be the most unloving of all. Photo by left-hand

Julia Gillard: there will be no gay marriage under a government I lead

image One does not need to read beyond the opening sentence of this report in today’s Guardian to be assaulted with a full frontal dose of breathtaking hypocrisy (that it only takes a sentence to get there is quite merciful really, as one sentence is about as much as one can bear from the embittered sandal wearing types who write for the The Guardian these days). Behold if you will, reader, former PM Julia Gillard now comes out strongly in favour of gay marriage: Wrote luvvy Lenore in the Guardian – ‘Julia Gillard has launched a passionate attack against Tony Abbott’s plan for a “people’s vote” on same sex marriage, saying the idea poses “real dangers” to democracy because it implies politicians are not capable of taking decisions or leading reforms.’ Ms Gillard, who is now a second rate author, rather than a second rate Prime Minister, actually had six years leading a government that challenged the Weimar Republic of 1920’s Germany for historic levels of gross incompetence and debt accumulation, inflicting on Australians failed policies in the carbon area, the asylum seeker area, and shall we go on… perhaps not. Yet one thing she and her government could have done was to let Brians and Steves all over the country marry. But Ms Gillard, and even her own gay frontbencher Mr Wong, left them crying at the altar (metaphorically speaking). And she now has the extreme chutzpah to say the Abbott proposal for a plebiscite “poses real dangers to democracy because it implies politicians are not capable of taking decisions or leading reforms.” Observe and marvel at this, if you will reader. A plebiscite, in which everyone gets the chance to vote on the matter, is a danger to democracy. Thanks for clarifying that former PM, I was misguided enough to think it actually was democracy. And now this rolled gold piece of hypocrisy, Ms Gillard actually said the plebiscite plan “implies politicians are not capable of taking decisions or leading reforms.” Please check my pulse and call an ambulance if I don’t get up in reasonable time from the floor, on which I have collapsed in spontaneously helpless bouts of laughter. Is the bit about politicians not being capable of making tough decisions and leading reforms re. gay marriage a self reflection then former PM? Perhaps Ms Gillard should have said “there will be no gay marriage under the government I lead” for then it would almost certainly have been introduced. The former PM, and the government she led, were not only incompetents and hypocrites. They were, and continue to be, utterly shameless. Flannery’s climate furphy as NSW floods (again)

Heavy rain in New South Wales has forced hundreds of households to evacuate. The ABC reported today: “The weather bureau’s acting regional director, Stephen Lellyett, said in a statement the Warragamba Dam was expected to spill for the first time in two years. Mr Lellyett said up to 160 millimetres of rain had fallen in the Wollondilly River upstream of the Warragamba Dam in the 48 hours to 9:00am on Wednesday.” The last time this region experienced flooding was in March 2012. Of course, all of this has occurred after Professor Tim Flannery, Australia’s high priest of climate change stated in an interview in 2007: “We’re already seeing the initial impacts and they include a decline in the winter rainfall zone across southern Australia, which is clearly an impact of climate change, but also a decrease in run-off. Although we’re getting say a 20 per cent decreimagease in rainfall in some areas of Australia, that’s translating to a 60 per cent decrease in the run-off into the dams and rivers. That’s because the soil is warmer because of global warming and the plants are under more stress and therefore using more moisture. So even the rain that falls isn’t actually going to fill our dams and our river systems, and that’s a real worry for the people in the bush. If that trend continues then I think we’re going to have serious problems, particularly for irrigation.” Unfortunately, Professor Flannery’s doomsday prophecy has proven to be spectacularly inaccurate. Yet, such failure for reality to match their apocalyptic predictions seems to only make the climate change prophets’ message become more urgent – as we have seen in media reports over the last week. Thankfully, many Australians are becoming rightfully skeptical as doomsday predictions given by the likes of Tim Flannery and Al Gore, men who appear not to even live their own lives in accordance with their urgent environmental messages, are proven time and time again to be false.

NBN – Getting the Job Done?

0
I had a good discussion the other day about whether privitisation is bad, and about the merits of government operated services. Off course, NBN was begging to be discussed, so here goes:
FibreopticThe Government run services are essentially synonymous with laziness, ineptitude, inefficiencies, stagnation, wastefulness and sub standard outcomes. Honestly, private enterprise could probably provide a NBN for $1 billion, within two years. The NBN should top out around $100 billion and finish in another ten years. It is a fantastic waste of money and case in point for WHY we do not see Government banging out leading innovations, such as smart phones, cutting edge submarines etc etc. Sure, NASA has done some great stuff, but this was open cheque book stuff, and grew more bloated and inefficient as time went on. That is, until they sub-contracted to private industry who now resupply the ISS at a fraction of previous mission costs. I have done government work as a temp before, famously being told, do NOT work too hard, you will make us loook bad. Hohoho. I slept in the corner on sunny afternoons and watched the worker zombies shuffle in their plump safety. Innovators these were not. I digress. If you ask me, government should provide essential services that are not commercially viable. And when they become viable, step aside. You just might find, cheaper costs and better service. As for the NBN, its a special case. The main argument for, is that we have an ageing copper telecoms network which needs to be replaced. And a government remit to private telecoms to premises all over the country. Off course, private industry would simply renew the cables in high density areas, and go with a wireless solution (satellite, mobile towers etc) for the rest. Big government – big bills, big waste. If you like it, join a union and vote Watermelon.

PJTV Video: Real American Heroes

The three American heroes who made headlines around the world last week made them for all the right reasons – saving people’s lives.  The always excellent PJTV discuss in this video the mindset and the virtues which form the character of such heroes, and give them the bravery required to tackle an armed terrorist on a train head on. imageImportantly, they discuss how this image of the American hero is at odds with, and is often mocked by, the effete cultural elite of Europe, and the left in general.  We would add that it is the gung-ho cowboy American spirit which, both in the last century and in this century, has kept the world safe for the left to exhibit such cultural snobbery. It’s your XYZ.

Penny Wong’s “strong campaign” cannot overcome six years in government with the numbers in the house

imagePenny Wong was given an open microphone (again) on Radio National today. The issue under discussion was, of course, the most pressing and urgent one for the nation – errr, same sex marriage anyway, a topic that never seems absent from the airwaves for very long over at their ABC. Penny is described in this earnest report as “one politician who’s campaigned strongly for legalising same-sex marriage.” So strong has been Penny’s campaign that, over the six years in the very recent past that her party were actually in government, with the numbers in both houses of parliament, and even with a godless Prime Minister in charge, it just couldn’t be achieved. This awkward fact did not, of course, arouse the curiosity of the ABC activist… sorry, journalist, interviewing Senator Wong on this occasion. No, the failure of Penny’s furious campaign to legalise same sex marriage in Australia, it was asserted, has nothing to do with the six years during which she and her party actually held the reigns of government, and had both the numbers and the opportunity required to so legislate – it’s all the fault of Mr Abbott of course. It makes perfect sense at their ABC.   Source: Penny Wong on Government’s decision to rule out free vote on same-sex marriage – RN Breakfast – ABC Radio National (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

BREAKING: Court hears Lindt cafe terrorist attack was in fact a terrorist attack

722d147ff182b88c898663c274c06178When lone wolf gunman Man Monis walked into the Lindt cafe in Sydney in December last year, he seemed to have little doubt or confusion about his aims. Monis had his hostages hold up black flags with Arabic script in the windows, resembling those brandished by Islamic State; he called television and radio stations insisting he was carrying out a terrorist attack; he went to the trouble of adorning himself in paraphernalia associated with Islamic terrorism, and he had a long history of directing the most vile abuse at the families of Australian soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. But such is the state of denial of many in public life, and especially those on the left, together with their desperation to pretend there is no serious issue with Islam and terrorism, the Coroner must seriously consider expert evidence over an extended period of time, and at significant expense to the taxpayer, to tell us that – cue wide eyed incredulity – the Lindt cafe madman, who insisted he was carrying out a terrorist attack on behalf of Islamic State, was in fact, a terrorist. Terrorist charges dropped on Melbourne teenager

Terrorist charges against Melbourne teenager, Harun Causevic, who allegedly plotted to attack police on ANZAC Day, have been dropped in court today. During the time of his arrest, Causevic’s father claimed that the arrest of his son was a conspiracyScreen Shot 2015-08-25 at 8.36.41 PM against Muslims led by Prime Minister Tony Abbott. Although Causevic has pleaded guilty to weapons charges, his lawyer today demanded that the government apologise to Causevic, and provide compensation to him and his family. But the terrorist charges were dropped on the basis that Mr Causevic promises to be very good, and to not be a naughty boy again. Like Man Haron Monis, Causevic has been released on bail representing another win for Australia’s justice system. In related news, SBS has today announced that Harun Causevic will be staring alongside Zaky Mallah in the soon to be broadcast, ‘Zaky Mallah Show.’ It’s the XYZ.

Bogan Council takes AFL to the Human Rights Court

The AFL has been embroiled in a new racism controversy yesterday. In censuring Dustin Martin for his bogan war dance, during which Martin gave a traditional bogan two fingered salute, the AFL has been blatantly racist. Martin, like Goodes, was simply celebrating a goal and expressing his joy while running directly at opposing fans. 1807 The AFL and progressive media has been taken to the Human Rights court by the Bogan council. Bogan Council elder Shane has alleged that the AFL and progressive media have engaged in discriminatory behaviour based purely on race. This is, by the traditional definition of racism, racist. A systemic and coordinated cover up is currently in place, which further highlights the systemic organisational racism in the AFL, the ABC and progressive media in Australia. Despite this latest racist crisis, Adam Goodes has not been consulted, and no one seems to give a f@ck.

Say It With A Picture: Sex Sells Safe Sex Message

0
Wednesday’s instalment of Say It With A Picture takes us to the Victorian AIDS Council website, and the images that it chooses for safe sex education. Apparently, according to the Victorian AIDS Council, a great way to educate young gay men is to mix education and pornography, (the image provided is very tame compared to their sister site down’n’dirty). The juxtaposition of this image and the topic of loneliness beggars belief. Most of the content is centred around men who have “anonymous sex.” There’s even a spot where you can anonymously text or send an ’email card’ to tell this person (people?) that they need to get themselves checked. And finally, it’s bloody hard to look at these sites – by and for same-sex attracted men – and tell us gay people don’t want to change marriage. image

Capitalism is bad, Okay?

Stock markets around the world have taken a hammering over the last few days. Hardest hit are the Chinese markets which are down some 20 percent since the start of the year. Australian indicies have not fared much better with $60 billion being wiped off in yesterday’s trade. Right now I dare not see how much of a beating my superannuation fund has received over the last few days. In the midst of thi1024px-Director_Petraeus_rings_opening_bell_at_NY_Stock_Exchange_-_Flickr_-_The_Central_Intelligence_Agencys market uncertainty, the one thing we can be certain about over the next few days will be the cries from the ‘capitialism and free-trade is bad’ crowd. Like clockwork, we can expect to hear from neo-socialists, gushing fans of Thomas Piketty, and pretty much anyone who resents people and institutions having the right to make financial decisions and form relationships without interference or coercion from the State. Combined with governments around the world laden with debt, things aren’t looking particularly rosy right now. But we need to get one thing clear – it isn’t free trade that has got us to this point, but rather governments living beyond their means with unsustainable entitlement programs, corporate welfare, and government interference and distortion in the marketplace. Free trade, open markets, and individuals empowered to make their own decisions and to take responsibility for their actions is the solution to our current woes – not the cause of them.

Q and A – does it again

The fair and balanced types who police the Q and A Twitter feed demonstrate their immaculate impartiality and (statutory) obligation to balanced political dialogue yet again. The old ‘Abbotlovesanal’ handle appears across the screen underneath the delightful Annabel! Real classy ABC. Exchange Abbott for Gillard and, well, cue po-faced offence takers and outraged feminists. But it’s only Abbott. Just a bit of homo-erotic fun and all that. It’s their ABC after all.

Sovereign Debt Default, not Voters, can Kill the Age of Entitlement.

0
imageVoters cannot kill off the Age of Entitlement. But when sovereign debt defaults happen, governments are either credit worthy or not. If not credit worthy, then the state has to pay for what it needs, and cannot borrow (via a deficit) for this purpose. So, when this happens, you magically get a balanced budget. Want a balanced budget? Default. Problem is, it is enforced layoffs, enforced austerity. But those who lose are the lefty losers and the would be migrants who find there is no Caitlyn Jenner styled state benefits welfare teet to suckle on. The left are the spoilt brats screaming entitlement and bullying the kid who studies hard. They forget that the riches they seek to share so generously, even to the kids from out of town, have been accruing ever larger debts on the the family credit card. They will be the ones to scream loudly and violently act out when the credit card limit does not get extended and reality sets in. The western model, crazily, is based on endelss deficit. Endless welfare, endless deficit, endlessly growing debt. France has made an endless student life a reality too. All state funded. It only works if people keep lending money they know will not be repaid. The trick is, you want to lend them government money, earn your interest on it, then get it back. To do this, the government is always paying back existing debt by taking on yet more debt. So it’s like a ponzi scheme. But, something, like interest rate rises in the USA, will trigger sovereign debt defaults, which becomes contagious. Right now we have China troubles, the Middle East, property and stock market bubbles (thanks to quantative easing), currency wars, looming Greek default (new elections in progress) and uncontrolled migrants into Europe creating potential triggers for the next storm. Personally, I would say, in the times to come, cash is king. Wait until its doom and gloom and get back on board when it seems crazy to do so. And if you can, in the interim period, take some bets on sharp asset price falls – you may make some serious cash $$$.

AFL confuses fans, tribal gestures now not OK

Richmond star Dustin Martin has been reported for misconduct under the AFL’s “please play nice children” policy, and faces an extended spell in re-education cam11949347_1627614210823509_5872531927497096721_np for the outrageous offence of – wait for it – “gesturing rudely toward the crowd.” The XYZ has learned that Dusty’s defence will be that it was culturally appropriate for him to perform the traditional action known among his people as “the one fingered salute.” This profoundly Australian gesture is a ritual act well known, and widely testified, among outer-suburban bogans in front bars across the land, and often accompanies the more disturbing tribal performance of “the moon” when delivered from a moving vehicle. On this occasion the one fingered salute was delivered independently of the moon, and directed at members of the crowd who had been demonstrating the same traditional ritual in an overly lavish manner throughout the afternoon. Police are investigating suggestions that a spike in weekend release from Barwon Prison may have exacerbated the tense situation, by allowing more Collingwood supporters than usual to be present at the end of the ground normally frequented by members of the Richmond tribe. Burning down the House

A staged ‘hate cri11924551_1627592734158990_4991929303042942141_nme’ has been found out by a vigilant insurance company and verified by a federal court in the United States. The court found that this lesbian couple accused their neighbour of homophobia, and sprayed graffiti abuse over their own home, before setting it alight, and then alleging the whole thing was a ‘hate crime’ perpetrated by the homophobic neighbour. The whole incident turned out to be nothing more than old fashioned insurance fraud, just with a modern twist – play the gay card, make an accusation, fling around the homophobia word, and cash in. A hate crime? Perhaps, but not of the homophobic variety. This one was found out and called out for what it was. But how many other innocents have been vilified, had their careers and reputations ruined, and been subjected to social shame and disgrace, by accusations and allegations like this? Say It With A Picture: Ideological Wasteland

imageYou may have to look a little closely, and then look twice, at this photo. It is one of those glorious moments when the depths to which “progressives” will sink in order to use, to twist language, to influence the way we think, behave, and view the world, becomes abundantly clear. The picture is of a stock standard bin, at a university campus somewhere in Australia. The “recycling” is labelled “recycling” but the “rubbish” is labelled “to landfill”. Really. The message of all this of course is that your life is of no value in and of itself, and that it is your responsibility to ensure your worthless life has no impact on the planet whatsoever. We would encourage XYZ readers to suggest how such descriptively over-honest labelling could be applied to other unpleasant realities of modern life, and also to send in your own proposals for The XYZ’s newest segment, “Say It With A Picture.”

NOT the great train robber!

Can you believe it – the terrorist suspect who allegedly opened fire on a train in France, and was brought under control by the courage and quick thinking of several passengers, is now claiming his intention was to rob the train. Moroccan national Aloseryoub El Khazzani, armed with an assault rifle, a hand gun and a knife, with some 300 rounds is apparently “dumbfounded” about the terrorist allegations. Khazzani, the terrorist suspect said that he boarded the train to rob people, and had intended to shoot out a window and jump out to escape. Clearly one does not need a real gun, let alone two of them, one being a rapid fire assault weapon with one hundred rounds to try and rob a train. If there is one thing that never ceases to amaze me is the sheer stupidity of these terrorist wannabes. Terrorist wannabes like Khazzani consider themselves superior to the normal rabble found on your average city train, but their behaviour isn’t just far from superior, it is almost comically stupid.  A giant capital ‘L’, carved into the ground and large enough to see from space would still be too small to express how much of a loser Khazzani is. Terrorists try-hards should think twice about buying in to lie of glorious martyrdom. You’re much more likely to end up a loser like Khazzani. It’s the XYZ.

The hate media

The helpful types who write for the Fairfax Press – in Melbourne The Aged and in Sydney The Smearing Morning Herald – the former of which laughingly claims on their banner that they are “independent always” – produced on the weekend a partisan front page that might have been devised by an undergraduate editor after a long night out at Naughtons pub. If the Murdoch press had published a smear like this about a left wing hero, the ABC would have gone into meltdown mode, with rolling 24 hour coverage on its dedicated news channel, twitter feed, chat shows, radio platforms, and online presence. Apart from a brief discussion on Insiders, however, the State owned broadcaster wasn’t really interested. Just another Fairfax press smearing of a serving officer who had put his life on the line in service of this nation. Fair game and all that, especially if he has the gall to stand for the Liberal Party.
imageWe doubt many over at Fairfax have ever stared down the Taliban in combat. In fact, we’re pretty sure none have. The most danger the average Age journalist has probably faced in their working life has been crossing Alexandria Avenue in peak hour on their bicycle. We don’t remember The Age being all that keen on pointing out the barbaric ways of the Taliban and ISIS either, although compelled to report on them from time to time. Like the ABC, who were only too gullible and only too quick to report on false claims the Australian Navy had willfully burned the hands of asylum seekers, The Age do, however, seem very eager to find wrongdoing of any sort among those putting their lives on the line in service of this country, or our allies. Yet the real affront to The Age and its fellow travelers in this instance, is not that Captain Hastie committed some ill defined war crime in Afghanistan – among the faecal matter that is its own front page article The Age itself admits Captain Hastie wasn’t even there and was subsequently cleared of any wrongdoing. No, the real affront is that Captain Hastie is standing for the Liberal Party. If The Age wants to be an expensive version of the Green Left Weekly or Farrago rather than a serious newspaper, then that is fine.

White is the new Black

Oh dear. Is it really too much to ask that those who describe themselves as “black activists” (their words), actually are black (genetically)? Or is that just not said in polite company, even as the inner city types turning the page of their New York Times as they sip on a soy latte are presented with the curious phenomenon of people who look and sound, well white, insisting they are, errr black? Or have we actually reached the point now where white is in fact black? Confused? Me too. Source: Civil rights activist Shaun King embroiled in race lies controversy | The Australian

Please Explain

0
The Labor Party member for Bendigo stood up in the nation’s parliament last week and warned the residents of her electorate about the possibility of unlicensed and under-qualified Chinese tradesmen going door to door offering their services, once the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement took effect. Apparently warning the good folk of f777e8bb0b6c73d1a7f8fcb54e0e4d45Bendigo about being swamped by hungry Chinese electricians prepared to work at very cheap hourly rates, under cover of the nation’s parliament, is fine. But let’s cut her some slack, she’s only doing as she has been instructed by her (and the ALP’s) Union masters.
Far be it for us at the XYZ to raise the spectre of Pauline Hanson – in fact, the member for Bendigo did that all by herself with her hysterical fantasies of unskilled and unqualified Chinese workers hell bent on stealing the jobs of Australians under the horrors of the White Australia Policy – sorry, the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement. Somehow we doubt the member for Bendigo will pay much of a price for channeling the ghost of Ms Hanson in the green chamber on this matter. Nothing like the price paid by Ms Hanson herself, that’s for sure. The member for Bendigo is on that other side of politics after all, so all is well, apparently. And the silence of the customarily outraged types over at the ABC and the Fairfax press, and of the many other grim faced activist types only to eager, in normal circumstances, to cry racism, really is deafening.
