A man is in police custody in Sydney tonight, having been charged with committing a terrorist act and attempted murder.
(Who knows why he did it.. Perhaps he just didn’t like dogs…) Although the media appear to be admitting the link to the Islamic State, the usual hamster-wheeling has been in evidence. Quote of the Day goes to XYZ’s Ryan Fletcher for summing it up best:
The deputy commissioner was saying earlier there was “no evidence to suggest this is terror related”. MSM media keeps referring to the “alleged” attacker as being “mentally ill”. Yelling “Allah Akbar” is apparently Islamic for “I need a psychiatrist.”
