In one of the funniest stories I’ve seen in a while, writer Richard Cornish claimed on ABC’s News Breakfast this morning that he carried out a “year-long social experiment into vegetarianism” and found that veggies (can I say that?) suffer from bullying from meat-eaters, and are generally loathed by the rest of the population.
I don’t know about you, but as I meat-eater I have been on receiving end of the fervently pious and evangelical ire of vegetarians who view anyone who consumes animal products as murderous moral vandals.
Perhaps we should all go and find our safe space?
