Something tells me that we need Russia a whole lot more than Russia needs us.
From the International Energy Agency:
In the face of the emerging global energy crisis triggered by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, practical actions by governments and citizens in advanced economies and beyond can achieve significant reductions in oil demand in a matter of months, reducing the risk of a major supply crunch, according to new analysis released by the International Energy Agency today.
These efforts would reduce the price pain being felt by consumers around the world, lessen the economic damage, shrink Russia’s hydrocarbon revenues, and help move oil demand towards a more sustainable pathway.
How convenient that reducing energy use by consumers due to a war provoked by NATO will “help move oil demand towards a more sustainable pathway.” Let’s have a look at their 10 suggestions:
- Reduce speed limits on highways by at least 10 km/h. Impact*: Saves around 290 kb/d of oil use from cars, and an additional 140 kb/d from trucks.
- Work from home up to three days a week where possible. Impact: One day a week saves around 170 kb/d; three days saves around 500 kb/d.
- Car-free Sundays in cities. Impact: Every Sunday saves around 380 kb/d; one Sunday a month saves 95 kb/d.
- Make the use of public transport cheaper and incentivise micromobility, walking and cycling. Impact: Saves around 330 kb/d.
- Alternate private car access to roads in large cities. Impact: Saves around 210 kb/d
- Increase car sharing and adopt practices to reduce fuel use. Impact: Saves around 470 kb/d.
- Promote efficient driving for freight trucks and delivery of goods. Impact: Saves around 320 kb/d.
- Using high-speed and night trains instead of planes where possible. Impact: Saves around 40 kb/d.
- Avoid business air travel where alternative options exist. Impact: Saves around 260 kb/d.
- Reinforce the adoption of electric and more efficient vehicles. Impact: Saves around 100 kb/d
Here’s a helpful infograph:
It reads like a radical greenie’s wish list, and it is not an accident. Reductions in energy consuption by ordinary people has been signalled for a couple of years now.
As soon as we started to see reports that the lockdowns due to Covid had delayed climate change but not reversed it, we knew it would only be a matter of time before they found another excuse to reduce our car use.
The world was already on the brink of an energy crisis due to insane environmental policies and the disruption to global supply chains by Covid lockdowns. All it needed was a little push. The globalists will keep finding reasons why we have to use less energy. The crises are deliberately engineered and they will continue to engineer them.
The IEA was established during the 1973 Oil Crisis to help Western nations challenge the Middle Eastern countries who were embargoing us….for no reason whatsoever…..
Now it is basically just another globohomo NGO which dreams of “clean” energy and buttsex for all, thus what instruments of control it has are being directed at Russia, just like every other globohomo international institution.
What is telling is that a recent meeting with the leaders of OPEC failed to secure a commitment to ramp up oil production. This is good news as it means that globohomo is not all powerful and Russia is not as isolated as our Lying Press wants us to think.
The bad news is that “globohomo” is basically shorthand for “Western governments”. So a win for the West means more manufactured crises and lockdowns imposed by literal satanic pedophiles. A loss for the West means the global order is dominated by foreign countries which also do not have our best interests at heart.
