Melbourne man smashes camera in CBD

2

This is probably illegal but it is not bizarre.

A man smashed a road camera outside the Duke of Wellington pub in Melbourne’s CBD on Saturday. Can you believe he had the audacity to speak to people while doing so?

Cameras are basically useless, but everywhere. Australian cities have become like the London of George Orwell’s 1984, or for that matter the Current Year irl London. Ostensibly for our safety, they are a symptom of a complete breakdown in social trust and its corresponding decline in safety.

If footage emerges which contradicts an established media narrative it will be ignored. If too many people view said footage online the Lying Press will run damage control, trying to tell us the footage actually shows something other than what we see with our very eyes. This can even be done in real time.

Smashing road cameras is not that uncommon, but post 2020 it has taken on a new significance.

A truly bizarre trend to implement so-called “15 minute city” policies has spread across the West. The idea of having everything we need within a 15 minute radius in cities congested and bloated by decades of mass immigration isn’t that bad an idea. However after two years of Covid lockdown, where police would check people’s ID to see whether or not they were within 5km of their house, and track people via their mobile phones if they suspiciously bought to much KFC, people simply do not trust the stated intentions of our political leaders any more.

We know this is something to be concerned about because the Lying Press and public officials are running around telling everybody it’s just a conspiracy theory.

In cities where so-called “15 minute city” policies are being trialed, by way of bollards and security cameras supposed to prevent people from driving outside their designated sector or fining them for doing so, ordinary people have taken it upon themselves to destroy barriers and cameras.

If this policy trend escalates, civil disobedience towards public infrastructure is likely to continue, with suspect utilities broadening to include computer and data storage infrastructure.
