The Anniversary of D-Day

1

Today is the anniversary of D-Day.

“The eyes of the world are upon you. The hope and prayers of liberty loving people everywhere march with you.”

D. Eisenhower.

If only our Western political leaders, the ones in actual positions of influence and power, spoke like this today. Instead we pander to the enemy’s feelings, because we’re too scared of what others might think of us should we displease them with our opinions or truths.

I have the deepest of respect for service personnel past and present.

I thank each and every one for their sacrifices, whether at Tobruck, Normandy, Gallipoli, Ypres, Frommel, Kokoda, Long Tan, Afghanistan, or Iraq.

Wherever they fought, whenever they fought, and from whatever country, if it was for freedom for the world, they have my thanks.

I just hope we all don’t waste their efforts, and implode under the thought policing and political correctness of the bullying morons of the Islamic-loving left.
