A post over at Vox Day’s site alerted me to a Reddit thread that concerns a breakthrough in the art of rhetoric against the Left:
So I am talking with one of my cuck friends that is a Facebook shill reposting a bunch of Huffington articles. I was talking to him about his kids and school and which school they are going to attend because they go to private schools. He starts talking shit about Trump and Betsy DeVos and how they are going to ruin the school systems. And I say, “well you made your decision to go to private schools long before Trump and DeVos had any influence.” He chuckles sheepishly and says the public schools in his area suck.
So I give him a little shit and say, “Oh yeah, so you are all about open borders as long as those kids don’t go to the same schools as your kids.”
AND THEN I SAY THE MAGIC WORDS:
“Fake American”
And this guy that I knew and loved absolutely loses his shit on me. I am talking epic meltdown. I thought at one point he was literally going to attack me.
I don’t know what it is with the left and that label “fake.” They really really hate it. I mean #fakenews is driving them f-ing insane.
This is sheer rhetorical brilliance. No other description is accurate. Fake is right at this moment the most powerful adjective on the planet. It is powerful because it is accurate. It exposes the pretty lies and delusions that leftists and progressive Cultural Marxists must submit to in order to have some semblance of coherence in their political worldview. In fact, it does more than expose the lies and inconsistencies – it blows them apart.
This rhetorical attack will prove extremely effective here in Australia. If you don’t believe in English common law then you are a #Fake Australian. So all of our sharia-worshipping mouth-breathers are #Fake Australians. You can add to that every Green member of Parliament. If you don’t believe in free market enterprise then you are a #Fake Australian. That would account for every unionist in the entire country plus every deluded fool who believes in climate change.
If you don’t protect and stand up for the Church, which is one of the three pillars of our civilization, then you are a #Fake Australian. But not so fast, all you Christians out there who worship in churches bearing banners proclaiming that you “welcome all refugees” and the like. You are #Fake Christians which makes you #Fake Australians as well. If you believe in the #Fake Pope who clearly loves Cultural Marxism and hates capitalism then that makes you a #Fake Christian which leads us to #Fake Australian.
Fake, fake, fake, fake, give me some more fake.
If you are a scientist who believes in man-made global warming then you are a #Fake scientist. If you believe in any of the postmodernist rubbish, then that makes you a big fakey as well. So lets add #Fake Art, #Fake Architecture, #Fake Literature, #Fake Universities, #Fake Schools staffed by #Fake Teachers, and #Fake Banks who want to push gay marriage rather than do their job of managing our money.
Lets add a bunch of homosexuals to this list. If you’re gay and you support gay marriage then you’re a #Fake Homo because the gay community has always been about the rejection of the traditional family. And all of the feminists who say nothing about female genital mutilation and other real outrages against women are #Fake Feminists.
Politicians don’t get off easily either. We’ve already accounted for the Greens but let’s add our Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to the list as he is clearly a #Fake Liberal. Don’t forget National’s leader Barnaby Joyce who is anti-fracking. Which means he is anti-development, which means he is against the entire premise of our great nation. You’re a #Fake Australian, Barnaby, and you’re a disgrace.
Any immigrant who does not integrate is a #Fake Australian. So if you’ve moved here from overseas and you’re hanging around all of your countrymen from back home then you’re a big bunch of fake. If you don’t speak English and live here then you are a #Fake Australian. If you don’t adopt our customs and cling to your own then you’re a #Fake Australian.
Let’s expose these worthless ratbags for who they really are. Say it loud and say it with feeling. You’re all #Fake Australians and we’d be better off without you.
