Pope Francis is our greatest ally

1

Rorate Caeli is reporting that the pope is rumored to be on the path to banning the traditional Latin mass.

It is, for the moment, still fragmentary news, coming from our multiple sources within the CEI [Italian Conference of Bishops] and bishops, but it seems that yesterday (May 24, 2021) the Pope, addressing the Italian bishops at the opening of the annual assembly of the CEI ( and in a subsequent meeting with a group of them), announced the imminent reform for the worse of the Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum.

From what is known, it would be a return to the indult — with a prior authorization of the bishop [as under the motu proprio Ecclesia Dei], or of the Vatican — with all that it entails, that is, a reintroduction of the prohibition of the celebration according to the Missal of St John XXIII, so many denials of authorizations, and the ghettoization, in practice, of the priests and faithful attached to the old rite. After Moses, the Liberator, Pharaoh returns.

Once again this has not been decided, nor even introduced as a topic of formal discussion, and an update at the same source confirms this. But it is still a possibility that is in play. And there can be no doubt that Francis would like nothing more than to abolish the old rite, as long as he is able to hold onto his power base in the process.

All I can say to that is that I can think of nothing better.

As I recently wrote, the best Catholic churches that we have today are underground.

Real Catholics these days go to underground churches. They are nondescript places of worship in little villages in out of the way places. The congregations are tiny but extremely dedicated and serious in their faith. The priests are not the type of men to toe the prevailing line. They believe in the word of God in its pure form, before the Church was deformed by evil Freemasons and Satan worshiping pedophiles. When the plate is passed around for donations, people give their money with joy in their hearts that it is going to a real place of worship that fulfills their spiritual needs.

But most of all, the parishioners in these underground churches do not fear the banging of the petty officials at the door. Since they are outside the bounds of the disfigured Church, what do they care of government rules and regulations? There is no mask wearing in these churches. The holy water is used to make the sign of the cross. The Gregorian chanting is lusty and loud. They shake the hand of the priest and greet each other with hugs and kisses. Most importantly, Holy Communion is taken on their tongues while on their knees, the golden plate held firmly beneath their upturned chins.

A formal ban of the old rite by the present imposter to the Papal throne will only serve to fully legitimize those churches currently celebrating it. The Catholic Church is in a crisis of its own purposeful making. That is, this crisis was deliberately set in play by elements inside the Church who wished to subvert and destroy it. We know that the roots of those saboteurs are Freemasonic and that their crowning glory was Vatican II which did away with the old rite but did not formally prohibit it. Now they wish to openly ban it as the next step on their path of destruction.

I see this as a positive step for us as I do not believe that the Church as it is can be saved by those inside it. It is too far gone, and its people are all suspect. This includes individuals such as Archbishop Viganò who although he appears to be fighting the good fight is still manifestly suspect because of his roots. You do not get to such a position without having taken the ticket, and as such, Viganò is controlled opposition.

No, if the Catholic Church is to return to its true position and former glory then it will only be accomplished by those priests who are truly of the Church. The legitimization of their present battle through the prohibition of their beloved old rite will only serve to drive more Catholics to them, widening their own power base while weakening that of the modern Church. And in the process more souls are saved. This perhaps is the most important aspect as we must always keep firmly in mind that we are not of this world.

God works in mysterious ways and perhaps I might venture a humble observation that perhaps this is what is intended in order to gain that outcome of saved souls. If that is indeed the case then the pope is not our enemy at all but in fact our greatest ally. That this is not his intention or belief is irrelevant. After all, we are instructed to love our enemies.
