Holiday scheduling again this weekend. Enjoy.
This episode of the Wang Show is a short one, coming in at about 35 minutes so it is an easy listen and well worth your time.
Usual gems appear, such as the observation that C.E. and B.C.E. are “weasel acronyms”; the Romans of Central Asiatic extraction, far from precipitating the fall of the Roman Empire, actually brought with them a vibrant diversity of food to a hitherto bland Roman diet; and that demographics is “the science of rooting on a macro scale”.
The parallels between the fifth century AD and the current year are pertinent, and once he gets past all the dick jokes, Vic does an excellent job at drawing them out.
