In breaking news today, North Korea’s Kim Jong-Un has claimed a successful test fire of a submarine based ballistic missile. The Korean despot said that the missile test has give his country “one more means of a nuclear attack.”
The White House responded with its typical condemnation of the North Korean test fire and France has called on the European Union to increase sanctions on the rogue state.
The XYZ has received a sketchy and unverified report of the North Korean leader’s response to the United States’ and France’s condemnation of the test:

However, a more reliable source has confirmed that following the missile test, the North Korean leader is said to have threatened Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, that should ISIS attempt to expand further East into Asia, the rouge state would not hesitate to test its first live nuclear missile on the caliphate.
