The UK government today unveiled world leading technology designed to monitor facial expressions. A spokesperson for the UK Office of Public Safety stated that the technology is designed to “empower social cohesion” via “ongoing efforts to improve perceptions of public safety via the policing of facial microaggressions.”
They expanded:
“It should be considered terribly dangerous to let your thoughts wander when you are in any public place or within range of a telescreen, oops I mean facial recognition technology, or FRT. The smallest thing will give you away as a consumer of misinformation, disinformation and malinformation, (MDM). A nervous tic, an unconscious look of anxiety, a habit of muttering to yourself – anything that carries the suggestion of bigotry, of having an opinion to hide. For example, to wear an improper expression on your face – ie to look incredulous when a victory over Russia is announced, or to not appear sufficiently guilt-ridden yet worshipful when in the presence of a BIPOC – will from now on be a punishable offense.”
Disturbing incidents have already occurred whereby deplorables have attempted to not merely dissemble their feelings and control their faces, but in fact to hide their faces altogether in an effort to think racist thoughts. In the footage below, stunning and brave officers of the Public Safety Bureau (PSB) confront wrongthinkers with the demand “Oi, you got a licence for that facial covering!”

Critics of the new technology have referred to the conspiracy text 1984, claiming without evidence that these efforts to improve perceptions of public safety are “reminiscent of totalitarian systems we fought wars to defeat.” However the spokesperson for the UK Office of Public Safety told us not to worry, as the families of said conspiracy theorists have already been sent to gulag.
