The 18.6 year lunar cycle behind the imminent real estate crash

I remember the 1991 recession in Australia very well.

My parents had partied through the late 80s. New Ford Falcons, boozy BBQs every weekend, cool toys at Christmas. That all came to an abrupt end in 1991 when my father lost his business, they went bankrupt, and we moved into a run-down rental. It was family history redux; my maternal great-grandparents had also lost everything and gone bankrupt in the Great Depression of the early 1930s. It had an enormous effect on everyone on that side of the family.

I remember similar happening to my mates’ families during the early 1990s. The father lost his formerly secure job at a big company and turned a bedroom into a home office to become a ‘consultant’. Pretty soon came the divorce. There was a palpable change of mood all around that was detectable even to us kids. It was within this mid-90s milieu that Pauline Hanson first got going, and it’s relevant to this topic that our Pauline is now back in the ascendant.

Of course, the mid 90s was the best time to have loaded up on real estate, but no-one knew that. Or at least, no-one we knew. Economic confidence didn’t return until the late 90s and the boom has carried on until recently. We avoided the worst of the 2008 downturn in Australia. Mostly I remember seeing a surge of inflation after Kevin Rudd sent $1000 payments out to buy votes in 2009. Necessities just went up as a result.

There are reasons for why 2009 wasn’t as bad as 1991 in Australia but was worse elsewhere, but there’s no space to go into those here. Suffice it to say, the 18.6-year cycle is just one part of much larger, interplaying cycles. Wheels within wheels.

I remember a few years later in 2013 reading a financial newsletter email talking about real estate. I’d been convinced that another crash was just around the corner, but I remember reading market forecaster Phil Anderson saying that Australian real estate was on its way up and had a long way to go before the next downturn. I thought he was insane.

Years later, in 2021, I remembered what he’d said and so I looked him up again. He was still saying the same thing, and he’d been right up to then. His theory is based upon an 18.6-year real estate cycle, and he was saying that we could expect real estate to keep going up until late 2026 when it would turn down and the next crash would appear. I bought his book and, according to Anderson, he bases his work on that of English economist Fred Harrison. I bought and read his book, too, and he credits American economist Homer Hoyt with developing the 18.6-year real estate cycle theory. All of these men say they looked at historical data and developed or refined the theory.

They’re lying. Not about the cycle itself. It’s a valid and demonstrable market cycle, and you can apply the 18.6-year timing to stock markets, interest rates, even cultural creativity and societal mood. And Pauline, apparently.

What these men have lied about, however, is the origin of the cycle, and I’m determined to reach as many people as possible with the reality behind these cycles so that people don’t go through what my family and countless other families have gone through because they didn’t understand how market cycles work. I’ve spent 20 years trying to get to the bottom of why historical cycles, market cycles, political cycles, and biological cycles all recur with observable yet complex regularity. I’ve read every market analyst I could find and none of them reveal how they got their models. Gann is the closest I came to revealing the truth.

It turns out, the 18.6-year land cycle is based on the 18.6-year lunar nodal cycle. The moon functions as an economic clock, and the 18.6-year cycle that the moon makes as it moves up and down the ecliptic corresponds to the real estate market. It determines the public mood and its relationship to land itself. It’s complex and there’s not space to go through it fully here, but this is the cause of the real estate market cycle and all the tumult and euphoria and despair and inequality it produces.

The lunar nodal cycle of 18.61 years.
The historical lunar nodal cycle.

The 18.6-year cycle governs enormous parts of human life on earth. The frequency of floods and damage to coastal properties. The transport of sediment. Ocean currents. Regional temperature variations. Rainfall in Australia. Mangrove canopy levels. Crop yields. Earthquake energy levels. Volcanism. Tree growth. Even cod stocks in the North Atlantic.

It’s the moon, stupid. And the downturn phase of the lunar nodal cycle for real estate began in mid-2026, inaugurating what we can expect will be a brutal next four years for everyone with a mortgage they can’t maintain, a lifestyle they can’t afford, and a job they can’t afford to lose. As we all know, that’s pretty much everyone in Australia today. We’ve partied like the late 80s all over again, thinking that houses will always go to the moon. The moon has other ideas. By 2028, we’ll be in a world of pain in what will soon become the unlucky country again.

The people who rule the world know all about these astrological cycles. They use them to rule us. Elites have been doing so for a very long time. In ancient Mesopotamia, when the temple priests who kept records of the movement of the celestial bodies knew an eclipse was coming, they would perform the substitute king ritual to safeguard the king and hoodwink the gods as well as the people.

The people who truly rule America and thereby the world use this occult knowledge to similarly hoodwink us. They perform false flags, they anticipate historical events and stage them so as to control the outcomes, they put future event references in entertainment to control our future responses, and they perform mass rituals as traumatising events in order to maintain power.

Does that sound too crazy to you? I just showed you that the moon controls your house price. Reality is far stranger and more fascinating than we cattle have been led to believe, and it’s time for us to leave Plato’s Cave and enter reality. It’s time for us to grow up and stop being the beasts that the elites think we are.

If you knew a significant geopolitical event was going to occur on a certain day, would you be tempted to appropriate the event for your own geopolitical ends? That’s what they do, and they get away with it because normal, decent people, and particularly Christians, have disobeyed Jesus by not seeking wisdom. We have made a virtue of foolishness and have shunned the mysteries that God wove into the fabric of Creation.

It’s time for us to get wise. Understanding the 18.6-year land cycle is a start so that we teach our children not to follow their emotions and instead buy and sell at the right times to secure the family’s substance. That’s what the elites do. They don’t go bankrupt and succumb to intergenerational alcoholism, family violence, and despair. Neither should we.

This isn’t witchcraft or divination or sorcery. It’s knowledge, and the lunar nodal cycle is just the beginning. The population of this country is mind-controlled because we’ve been taught to scoff at the mysteries of God and instead consume destructive nonsense. The Bible, however, is full of references to the mysteries if we have the courage and wisdom to seek them.

There are also deceptions operating today from people disclosing these mysteries with the intent to spread Gnosticism and other heresies. That is not what I am teaching here. I’m arguing that the earliest Christians understood the ministry of Jesus and the sovereignty of God with reference to celestial mysteries of divine governance that were suppressed by church authorities during Late Antiquity. I go into more detail about this in my free course, Introduction to Biblical Cosmology.

In Timothy 1:17, God is referred to as King of the Aeons. That’s an astrological term. It means an Age. If you want to learn more about how the Ages are symbolised in the Bible and what that indicates for us living at the end of the current Age, I outline a theory of how that all works in my book published this year, The Great Year of Man.

All our lives we’ve been taught that reality is random. That there is no identifiable order to the cosmos. It’s just stuff spinning in a vacuum with no meaning or purpose or intentionality to it all. One damn thing after another. Into that void of meaning have come utopian ideologies, religious deceptions, and empty hedonism.

That cosmic chaos is at the root of Satan’s deception of the world in these last days of this Age. There is an order to reality and the message of the Bible is that it is personally governed by Jesus.

One day that order will be revealed. It will be devastating to those who have lived wickedly.

Until then, Jesus offers us rescue from that coming judgement. Take it.
